The view was excellent, the bed was comfy, and we had a coffee machine and fridge. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and we loved enjoying a relaxed breakfast on the balcony with fresh bread and croissants delivered to our door.

The location of this hotel was absolutely amazing! It was right in front of the ocean and also close to Ille d'Oleron. The view from the ground floor room was simply breathtaking. I couldn't get enough of the beautiful ocean right outside my window. Another great thing about this hotel was the helpful and friendly staff. They went out of their way to fulfill all our requests and make us feel welcome. The breakfast being available in the room was also a nice touch. We enjoyed having our breakfast on the balcony, soaking up the sun and enjoying the convenience.

One negative aspect of our stay was the unfortunate noise from construction work happening just in front of our room. Another minor inconvenience was having two televisions in the same room, which could sometimes make it difficult to choose what to watch.

We absolutely loved our stay at Dormir Sur La Plage! The location was breathtaking, right on the frontline of Marennes Plage with a stunning view of the bay and Ile d'Oleron. The restaurant food was excellent, and the set menu at lunch was great value. The staff were incredibly welcoming and the overall vibe was relaxed. I keep coming back for the excellent location, friendly staff, and comfy rooms. They even helped me with my heavy baggage when I first stayed here. It suits me perfectly with free parking, a bar, outdoor dining, and beach access. Can't wait to return for Easter!

During my business trip, I had a memorable stay at a beach hotel / resort. The location was perfect, with the beach just across a small one-way road. One of the best aspects was the view; I had a ground floor room with an amazing ocean view. The cleanliness of the facilities and the room was exceptional, and this was complemented by the quality of the food served in the hotel's restaurant.
